Refund & Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of the products sold at Genna Tutorials Collection Ltd we are unable to accept returns unless faulty, damaged in transit or an order that was placed that was incorrectly sent. Please contact the business email to discuss further.

We do not however cover the cost of return.

We are not responsible for damaged in transit/theft after your parcel has left our office. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Should you have any issues, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch - anything out of this timeframe will unfortunately no longer be able to be looked into.

Delivery:

When you place an order we ask all customers to allow 3 days for packaging and preparation before sending. In most cases, your order will be packaged before 5pm, any orders after this time will be packaged the next working days. This does not include weekends.
